Management Plan 2003/2004 - Details of Objectives

The Management Plan consists of an Introduction, Statement of Principal Activities, Revenue Policy, Details of Objectives, Budget and Future Financial Plans.
The Details of Objectives document presents the strategic objectives for each of Council's principal activities. It also lists the means of achieving those objectives and the performance measures. The annual report each year includes a report on management plan performance for the preceding financial year.
