This website is designed to provide ratepayers, residents and other interested users with easier access to publicly available Council information. It is also intended to provide an additional way to contact Council.

How to use this Website

If you are using this website for the first time take the time to read the information below. Main Headings appear in the navigation bar on the left of every page. If you click on a main heading an expanded list of all available Topics under that heading will appear. Clicking on a topic under a main heading will provide a list of the linked web pages with a short description underneath. You may then click on the desired web page Link. Information has been arranged to appear under the most appropriate heading. In some cases topics may be interrelated, in which case clicking on a link will take you directly to that related topic.

A Directory Path appears at the top of each page. As you drill down into the website or click on a link this informs you of where you are in the website.

There is a Search Engine on the top left hand corner of this page to look for specific keywords located on web pages on this site. Please note that it does not search for words located on downloadable documents.

Privacy, Copyright and Disclaimer information is contained on pages that may be accessed at the bottom of each web page. Please take the time to read these before using information found on this website or providing information to Council.

This website also contains a facility to subscribe to Council's electronic Mailing List to receive Council news.

Each page contains Contact Details including an email address for further enquiries you may have about the information on that page.

Online Services:

NESAC Councils with Federal funding has developed some online services. You can now apply for a Section 603 Rates Certificate, Section 149 (2) and (5) Planning Certificate, Section 64 Weeds Notice and Drainage Diagrams. 

Council has also provided a service for commercial businesses who use significant amounts of water, the ability to read their own water meter and have an interim water account produced based on their reading.

All of Councils tenders will be available online, meaning if you are a business that is looking at tendering for Council business you can request to be notified when tenders are called. No more trawling through the newspapers trying to find potential business.
